RETURN AND REFUND POLICY MAKE.HEAD

Effective Date: May 27, 2026

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.makehead.eu and should be read together with the MAKE.HEAD Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Return Conditions

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.

  •   the product must not be used;

  •   the product must remain unopened;

  •   the original packaging must be preserved;

  •   protective seals must remain intact;

  •   the product must be returned in its original condition.

    MAKE.HEAD reserves the right to refuse returns if these return conditions are not met.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  •   opened cosmetics;

  •   opened skincare products;

  •   opened fragrances and perfumes;

  •   used beauty products;

  •   hygiene-sensitive items;

  •   personalized or custom-made products;

  •   gift cards;

  •   promotional samples.

4. Return Request Procedure

Before sending a return, the customer must contact MAKE.HEAD at: info@makehead.eu The request should include:

  •   order number;

  •   customer name;

  •   reason for return;

  •   photographs if necessary.

    Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly supplied by MAKE.HEAD.

MAKE.HEAD recommends using a tracked shipping service and is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours after delivery. Claims submitted later may be rejected.

The customer may be asked to provide:

  •   photos of the product;

  •   photos of the packaging;

  •   shipping label;

  •   evidence of damage.

    After review, MAKE.HEAD may provide a replacement product, partial refund, full refund, or store credit.

     

     

7. Refunds 

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product and confirmation that the return conditions are met. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Estimated processing time: 5 to 14 business days after return approval. Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless otherwise required by law.

8. International Orders and Customs Fees

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, local fees, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs charges and taxes are non-refundable.

9. Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer, customs authorities, or the carrier, MAKE.HEAD reserves the right to deduct shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, and return handling fees from the refund amount.

10. Lost Shipments

In the event of a lost shipment, MAKE.HEAD will cooperate with the carrier to conduct an investigation.

MAKE.HEAD may wait for official confirmation from the carrier before issuing a refund or compensation.

11. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. MAKE.HEAD is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, additional costs, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

12. Product Exchanges

MAKE.HEAD does not guarantee direct exchanges for all international orders. In some cases, customers may be asked to return the product and place a new order separately.

13. Fraud Prevention

MAKE.HEAD reserves the right to reject suspicious claims, abusive return behavior, and repeated fraudulent refund requests. Additional verification may be required before approving a refund or replacement.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits consumer rights provided under the applicable laws of the customer’s country of residence.
