SHIPPING POLICY MAKE.HEAD

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.makehead.eu and should be read together with the MAKE.HEAD Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Shipping Destinations

MAKE.HEAD ships to countries within the European Union, selected non-EU European countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.

MAKE.HEAD is also expanding certification and regulatory compliance for the United States, Brazil, selected Latin American countries, and South Africa.

Shipping availability may depend on local regulations, customs restrictions, fragrance transportation limitations, carrier availability, and operational requirements. MAKE.HEAD reserves the right to limit or refuse shipping to certain destinations.

3. Shipping Providers

MAKE.HEAD may use third-party logistics and shipping providers, including but not limited to UPS, DHL, Correos, FedEx, and selected local logistics partners.

The shipping carrier may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, product category, and operational availability.

4.Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, product launches, periods of high order volume, and security checks.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local courier operations, remote delivery areas, international transportation conditions, weather conditions, and force majeure events. 

 6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, parcel weight, product category, and selected shipping method.

MAKE.HEAD reserves the right to modify shipping pricing without prior notice.
Free shipping promotions may be offered separately and are subject to specific conditions.

7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, local taxes, brokerage fees, and clearance costs.

MAKE.HEAD is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, additional customs charges, or local regulatory requirements.

Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

8. Fragrance and Dangerous Goods Restrictions

Certain fragrance and alcohol-based products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to aviation regulations, dangerous goods transportation policies, customs legislation, and carrier limitations.

Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries.

MAKE.HEAD reserves the right to cancel restricted shipments, remove restricted products from orders, or change the available shipping method.

9. Failed Delivery and Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

MAKE.HEAD is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, additional shipping charges, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

10. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost, MAKE.HEAD will cooperate with the shipping carrier to conduct an investigation.

MAKE.HEAD may wait for official confirmation from the carrier before issuing a refund or replacement.

11. Damaged Shipments
Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  •   photographs of the product;

  •   photographs of the packaging;

  •   shipping label;

  •   proof of damage.

     

12. Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer, customs authorities, or the carrier, MAKE.HEAD reserves the right to deduct shipping fees, customs charges, storage fees, and return handling fees from the refund amount.

13. Delays Beyond MAKE.HEAD’s Control

MAKE.HEAD is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

14. Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be sent by email after the order has been shipped.

Tracking availability may depend on the destination country, carrier, and selected shipping service.
